Based on Article 50 paragraph (1) item 16 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 5/02 and “Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 202/24), and Article 97 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 124/15 and 65/18), acting ex officio, the Mayor of the Municipality of Gazi Baba has adopted
S O L U C T I O N for correction of error
1. In the Decision on organizing a Public Presentation and Public Survey on the Draft – Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 01 Block 03, Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje, No. 28-3/605/5 of 04.11.2024, a technical error is corrected, as follows: In the text of the decision, the words “Draft – Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 03 Block 01 , Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje ” are replaced with the words “Draft – Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 01 Block 03 , Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje” .
2. This correction has the appropriate legal effect on all other documentation arising in accordance with the law, and based on the decision subject to correction by this decision, i.e.:
- Public call for organizing a Public Presentation and Public Survey, No. 28-3/605/6 of 04.11.2024;
- Announcement No. 28-3/605/7 of 04.11.2024;
- Decision on the establishment of an expert committee for the preparation of a Report on a public survey conducted on the Draft – Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 03 Block 01, Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje, No. 28-3/605/8 of 04.11.2024;
- Written notification no. 28-3/605/9 dated 04.11.2024;
- Submission of complete documentation for the implementation of a Public Survey on the Draft Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 03 Block 01, Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje, No. 28-3/605/10 of 04.11.2024;
- Questionnaire; and
- In the announcement of a Public Call for organizing a Public Presentation and Public Survey on the Draft – Detailed Urban Plan for the City Quarter SI 03 Block 01, Municipality of Gazi Baba – Skopje, on the website at https://www.gazibaba.gov.mk/ and in the announcements section in e-urbanism
3. The remaining part of the text of the decision subject to correction by this decision and the specified documentation from point 2 of this decision, remains unchanged.
4. This decision for correction shall have legal effect from the day on which the decision subject to correction by this decision shall have legal effect, as well as an appropriate legal effect on the documentation referred to in point 2 of this decision, arising in accordance with the law, and based on the decision subject to correction by this decision.
5. This decision for correction is attached to the decision subject to correction by this decision, as its integral part, as well as to the specified documentation from point 2 of this decision, as its integral part.
O b r a z l o g h e n i e
According to Article 97 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 124/2015 and 65/18), it is stipulated that the public authority that issued the administrative act may at any time correct errors in names or numbers, writing or calculation, and a separate administrative act is issued for the correction, which has legal effect from the day on which the act on which the correction is made has legal effect.
Due to the above, and in accordance with Article 97 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, this body decided as in the dispositive portion of this decision.
