Citizens, legal entities from the area covered by the Draft Detailed Urban Plan for City Quarter S 19, Block 7 , Municipality of Gazi Baba , state administration, scientific and professional organizations are hereby informed that the Mayor of the Municipality of Gazi Baba has adopted a Decision to organize:
REPEATED PUBLIC PRESENTATION AND REPEATED PUBLIC SURVEY
According to the Proposal – Detailed Urban Plan for the City District S 19, Block 7 , Municipality of Gazi Baba , which covers an area of 6,065 ha , with the following boundaries:
- northwest along the service street “S1” (Srechko Puzhalka Street),
- east along the “Madzhari” street,
- southeast along the city highway “Anton Popov” street (“M.A.Cento” street) and
- west along the “S7” service street.
Within the scope of the DUP, the following uses are planned:
A – Housing,
B – Commercial and business uses,
C – Public institutions
D – Greenery and recreation,
E – Infrastructure
and areas intended for traffic routes
The draft Detailed Urban Plan for the city district S19, Block 7, Municipality of Gazi Baba, will be exhibited in the premises of the Urban Community “Madzari 2”, within 6 (six) working days, starting from 20.12.2024 to 27.12.2024, every working day from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
The repeated Public Presentation of the Proposal – Detailed Urban Plan for City Quarter S19, Block 7, Municipality of Gazi Baba , will be held on 23.12.2024 (Monday) starting at 12.00 in the premises of the Municipality of Gazi Baba, Barrack 8 (large hall).
The questionnaires for participation in the repeated Public Survey will be located in the premises of the Urban Community “Madzari 2”.
Within the specified deadline, interested legal entities, individuals, state administration, scientific and professional organizations can submit comments, suggestions and opinions on the Questionnaires.
