Pursuant to Article 98 a in connection with paragraph 4 Article 122 of the Law on the Environment (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 53/05, 81/05, 24/07, 159/08, 83/09, 48/10, 124/10, 51/11, 23/12, 93/13, 187/13, 42/14, 44/15,129/15,192/15,39/16,99/18, 89/22 and 171/22) and the Regulation on determining the activities of installations for which an integrated environmental permit is issued, i.e. a permit for compliance with an operational plan (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 89/05), the City of Skopje submitted a complete application to the Municipality of Gazi Baba for obtaining a B integrated environmental permit from FI-SA KOMERC Ljupka LLC Skopje.
The applicant carries out the activity of processing and processing of animal raw materials with a capacity of 15t/day of finished meat products.
Given the fact that this installation is located in the Municipality of Gazi Baba in the settlement of Madzari on Pero Nakov BB Street (former Promes factory), if you are interested, you can review the submitted application and provide your opinion and comments by December 24, 2024.
