for Notification of issued Building Permit
with U P 1 No.28–87 /20 24 of 17.05.20 24
The Municipality of Gazi Baba, acting upon the request of the investor Agricultural Beekeeping Cooperative with Limited Liability NAPREDOK Skopje with headquarters at ul. Anton Popov no. 3 Skopje, submitted under UP1.br.28-87/2024 of 19.02.2024, for issuing a building permit for a facility with purpose B2 Large commercial units (facilities: 6.8.1.1; 6.8.1.2; 6.8.1.3; 6.8.1.4-1) on G.P. 6.8.1 on KP. 150/1; KP. 150/3; KP. 149/8; KO. MADZARI, the Municipality of Gazi Baba, after reviewing the planning documentation at its disposal as well as after evaluating the submitted evidence and attachments, issued a Building Permit on 17.05.2024.
This authority, within three days from the date of issuing the building permit, shall notify the immediate neighbors of the construction plot for which the permit is issued, in accordance with Article 62-a of the Law on Construction (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 130/09, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14, 115/14, 149/14, 187/14, 44/15, 129/15, 217/15, 226/15, 30/16, 31/16, 39/16, 71/16, 132/16, 35/18, 64/18, 168/18 and “Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 244/19 18/20, 279/20, 227/22 and 111/23)
